My card & a new challenge at MAWTT

Morning Everyone, I daren't say Good Morning as if your weather is like ours its Pants! rain and dark and cold., but what better day to play eh! It seems forever since I posted, but with internet problems persisting and life in general getting in the way this past week I have lost Mojo and time.
 Well here is something to brighten the day.... A brand new Challenge  over at Moving along with the Times and this time we are Flying High with our lovely Claire as our host.

I used the kindly donated Image from Stitchy Bear and the lovely Memory Box border die.The tree is a Clarity Stamp which I heat embossed and cut out.

Mo's friends

Hi Everyone, well this has to be the very shortest post ever :0 I had no internet last week and SIL fitted a new Router for us as we were certain.. and still are certain that the old one had died. However I am still having problems with the Internet going off :(
 Anyway I said this was a quick post and this is why Mo's challenge finishes in two hours and I hate missing it, so here is the quickest card I have ever made and the shortest post.
 The DP2 challenge this week is Friends

Really not happy with it at all, Its sort of thrown together. I promised myself I wouldn't post things I wasn't happy with ....lol but rather than missing the challenge all together, I decided to bite the bullet.

Sorry the picture isn't very good either.....lol  but like the rest of it, its was rushed. Oh! I am going for a cuppa!!

Well I never!

Hi  Lovely Bloggers, well can you believe this! two cards in two days...lol   I must have had something slipped in my tea :) It normally takes a day to decide on what papers to use....lol
Actually I made this card a week ago..it started out for someone's birthday...then when it was finished it looked a bit more like a wedding card to me!!! So I made another Birthday card..the peachy one a few posts down with the Mo's image (Big Shoes) on and kept this pink one in my box. It was there a few days and someone saw it and bought it to take to Tuscany to a wedding, So  it wasn't wasted after all. :)
I made a Cross-over card for a change, haven't made one for about two years.
Added some Guipure lace and cut some butterflies from the paper, which is Papermania..Lucy Cromwell
Added a MS punched border and some flowers from Wild orchid.
             
                ( have to write the recipe here as I don't know how to do the Labels thingy...lol)

Well this is going into the Brand new challenge run by Christine and Sylvia, I so hope you will support them and take part in the Pink Challenges. They are both lovely ladies and I so want them to do well  with the new Challenge Blog...what is it called I hear some ask...Well what else but.......    In The Pink  and the 1st challenge is 50 shades of Pink....lol (no I haven't read the grey version) 
I love pink so its a great blog  challenge for me :) All I need is the Time, but it is fortnightly so thats good. I wish all my favourite challenges were Fortnightly and opposite weeks to each other..as it takes me a week to decide on my card....lol. I have decided I am going to stop Waffing about though and not empty all the paper boxes before I decide on which paper to use  :~

Love is all around...

 Hi Everyone, Hope you have the beautiful sunshine where you are, We have been working in the garden since 10 this morning :) All the Lawns cut and all the plants tidied and weeds out. It looks like a stately home.....well OK maybe not!......lol  the gardens are bigger than the  bungalow : 0 and they aren't big....
Well are you all missing the Olympics, We are not sporting people but have to say We have watched TV more in two weeks than we watch in a year. I loved the Opening ceremony very much too, not quite as impressed with the closing. I have certainly learnt a lot about sports and the marking systems that's for sure.
Two of our Grandchildren (a few posts down) are very sporty and do Triathlons and Cycling big time also Horse Eventing so now that has took on a new meaning for me. At least this Gran understands more than she used too....lol
 Well enough Waffle, been trying to make a few cards whilst watching telly and this is one I made with Mo's Challenge in mind. I think you may have guessed by now I love Mo's Images...lol
The DP2 challenge 147 is Love is all around  I wasn't too happy with my card :(  but I guess you can't watch TV and shout jump up and down, clap and make cards all at once :0

If you can't fight ...wear a big hat!!!!

Evening everyone, well another lovely day here on the coast :)
 Went to the Nurseries this afternoon to meet my youngest daughter and have lunch, That was lovely and we heard all the news about her Holiday. They have just returned last week from Wind Surfing hols in Greece. One of these sporty adventure things, they have done different ones and this year it was Wind Surfing, Her Hubby has done Surfing for a number of years so he's old hat at it...which brings me to my Card :)
 As the old saying goes .."If you can't fight, wear a big Hat" and this adorable little Miss is certainly doing just that....lol
I so love this image and those shoes are Gorgeous. I have seen the days I would wear Heels like that, but sadly no more. You can buy this image called "Big Shoes" here.
I created this card to enter the challenge and then its  going to My Grandsons Girlfriend as its her Birthday on Sunday.

 I coloured the image with Promarkers and my sentiment was done on the PC.

I haven't done too much with the inside, but will add a sentiment later tonight.
