Another CAS

Hi sweet bloggers,
Hope you are all looking forward to the weekend :o) 
I thought I would pop on with a CAS  card I managed to find time to make. Oh! I am so missing my card making, but the flowers and cakes are now taking shape :o) the cakes are levelled and the Almond Paste is on, so step one is looking good. I am a little ahead of plans as I had a Mole removed yesterday from a very awkward place under my arm and wasn't sure if it would be sore for a couple of days so got ahead with cakes. 
Well here is the real reason for the post, A card for the challenge over at ATCAS. challenge 45....Geometric

 Quick simple but enjoyed it, used a "Creative Expressions Mask" as a stencil and inks to colour.

No quite a card!!!!

Hi everyone, sorry no time to "Waste Paper" as my SIL calls it, as this is what I am knee deep in at present..........Sugar flowers for my Grandsons wedding cake

This is the first batch.

 approx another 30 Roses and 50 Freesia...plus buds! to go

  second batch started....hope to see you soon....ha-ha

 Think I am losing my touch, not thrilled with them .... won't be starting again though.....lol

Hi everyone, 
so sorry I haven't been around but so busy busy with plans for my Grandsons wedding. ...So many sugar flowers to make for his cake!!!!! and we have tramped every shopping parade in the country I think for my daughters dress...not a clue what she wants! and its in 5weeks time...yikes
saying all that I have nothing to wear yet..ha-ha
Anyway thought I would steal an hour  away to make a card for a change, and here it is

Just a CAS to fit the challenge at ATCAS ... code is GOLD
I should really be making another Gold card for hubby for our Golden wedding later in Sept, but the wedding comes before our date so first things first :o))
Well thats it for today, I will try to pop along and see you as and when I get some time to spare.

Boys in the Making!

Happy Thursday Everyone :o)
Here we are with a brand new challenge at Mo's Digital...
The challenge for the next fortnight is.      ."Boys Birthday"
I really enjoyed using Mo's fabulous image "Wiz" He is just gorgeous to colour. I found the DP in my stash from Moons ago ..lol thought it was great for the image.
On a sad note This is my last entry on the DT as I am taking a break to get back on track with my home commitments. I am leaving with a very heavy heart :o(  and lots of soul searching.
I hope when life settles down here I can return, but in the meantime I will be around to support my lovely teamies and Mo with her fabulous art work xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Something abit different...

Hi everyone, sorry been MIA but lots going on in our lives at present, one of the nice things is we have bought a small caravan. we have spent all this week getting it kitted out ready for some lovely trips away. 
In between life's busy days I got a little craft time and decided to make up a AnnaMarie picture frame that I bought a while ago.

 Was nice to do something different :o)

Hi Sweet Bloggers, 
Thursday again and we are all set for a brand new challenge over at Mo's digital ...Its a Girls World. The theme was chosen by me, so hope you like it!
I know you will come up with some Amazing creations as always. Anything that you think a girl loves is all I ask ...Chocolate, sunbathing, clothes, chatting, friends..the list is endless...
....Just pop by Mo's store and the images will fill you with inspiration...along with the Fabulous DT creations of course. I chose Big Shoes...ha-ha I wonder why my daughter would ask!!! I love shoes ..its sort of an addiction..a bit like buying stash!

I used a 7x7 card base and LOTV papers coloured the image with promarkers and Polychromers.

Friends...

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are having a lovely sunny day, Its glorious here and not really a day to be crafting! Hubby is not well and having a nap so I thought I would get my entry into Simon says Stamp...friends challenge
I have wanted to use these stamps from Art Impressions for ages so here was my chance, I decided to use "In the tub" I bought them at the Harrowgate show in March...are you guessing I spent too much money at this show....lol  

its an 8X8 card I am not sure I like this size to be honest! I don't mind the 7x7 but these I'm not sure. Sorry I didn't realise my picture was a little wonky :o#  on the subject of pictures......
I need your clever ideas on how I can crop around the card after I take the picture. Has to be easy though!!!!   lol the program I use won't enable me to do it close enough.
