Button noses...

Afternoon  Lovely Bloggers, Hope everyone is well and keeping warm...brrrr!!!

Its so cold and windy here I decided that a crafty morning was in order  :)) We got our new bedroom window in yesterday at long last!!!! It looks great and so now to get a new blind up and we are done and dusted. This bedroom has taken forever, and its not much bigger than an over sized cupboard :0   I am glad I haven't a bigger one mind you, its cost an arm and a leg for this pigeon hole. Saying all that is gorgeous and a real little sanctuary with its gorgeous new sliding robes and duck-egg accessories.
 Enough waffle on to my card,
 this is for MAWTT Cute as a Button Challenge hosted by the lovely Laurie. What a fab challenge choice I have really enjoyed making my card today :)) I'm also entering it in Mo's Digital, try something new
As my punch is new and had its first outing. 
Also entering into Diva's by Design Favourite things
which is Dies, Buttons and Mo's Images.

  Sorry the pics are not wonderful, I think I am going to have to buy a better camera as I never seem to have nice pics like I see on other blogs :(   Any ideas on what is a best buy???? Mine is a Fuji finepix, my hubby has a big Fuji camera but I find it too complicated. Anyway back to my card.. I decided not to use any papers....yikes!!!!! and use my new  Xcut running stitch punch, I think its rather good don't you. The image is Mo Manning and can be found here its called "Love Ya" isn't she so cute with her little button nose. I coloured her with promarkers and used  cardstock rather than DP.  The buttons and ribbon where from my stash.

Blue is the colour...

 Morning Lovely Bloggers, Hope everyone is well and keeping warm. It is freezing here on the N/E Coast again, just when I thought Spring was a springing...huh!!
We were hoping our new Bedroom window was being fitted today, but it would appear they have got held up on the last job and it will now be tomorrow  :(
It looks like I will get a crafty day today and tomorrow...lol well I have to keep out of their way don't I!!!
Well to my card today and its Blue yet again..two in a row, but I love these lovely papers from Papermania Capsule Collection by Jesse Edwards. I am going to enter this into MAWTT Challenge which is a Sketch this week. I decided I would really challenge myself and make a boys card...yikes!!

This rosette centre is actually Navy blue  but it keeps coming out black on the pics so I have given up.

I have just seen the most hilarious thing through the window.....rofl  a man is stood in the wheelie bin jumping up and down to squash it down....ha-ha.......well it was funny till I realised it was hubby :O 

off to sort him out....... #~##*~ he'll have angina before the nights out...men!!!!!

 I will be along later to see your creations and read your news, I am off to do some I...ing for an hour, at least it will warm me up.

My First ..but not my last :))

 Hi everybody peeps, Hope you are all getting your share of this gorgeous Sunshine, Is spring here do you think...I hope so!
Well this really is a very short post as hubby is waiting to take me shopping :))  I look so pleased because we are going to be right next door to The Range.

 Well what you may be asking is the first ..but not the last???? I have just made this card for Divas by Design challenge Spots and Stripes, and coloured my first ever Saturated Canary image. Not got her perfect but I love the image,  as I only bought two of them I think I need to go shopping again :) Well here it is and I hope to catch up with you all later tonight

oops just realised I haven't took pics of the inside and you know I always do the inside :(( will try and get pics later light permitting and add them tonight xxx Bye for now...be good xxxxxxx

2 in one day.......never!!!!

I really can't believe I am posting twice in one day, it must be the antibiotics taking effect....lol   I have to admit to having had this card almost complete for a week or two now. 

Today with a few finishing touches and additions  its going into Mo's Digital challenge "Anything Goes" I am not sure I like any part of it apart from the adorable image, is she sweet or what! hadn't a clue what to do with all the pages so they are a bit of all sorts

Well that's it for today I am off to try and do something I actually like this time...hmmmm!!! nosey around blogland :) and look for some inspiration.  See ya later xxx

Pretty in Sugar Pink...

Hi Everybody peeps, Hope you are having a good day xx The weather is a little cooler today but as I am on Antibiotics..(always knock me sideways) It is a good day to get back into the swing and have a crafty day :)) Before I get to my card I want to say Thank You to all my New Followers, I love having you on board and hope you will leave me a comment so that I can visit you in return. Now to my card, It went together quite easy being a lovely clean sketch from Maria Therese The Sugar Bowl 78 Challenge. I decided to use this sweet image from SN who is named "Flora" isn't she lovely with her long hair and pretty face.I used to have Blonde hair like Flora but the flour bag fell out the cupboard one day :( its never been the same since!.. I am also enteriing this into... 
Passion for Promarkers 138 Pastels
So Pastel colours it has to be, nothing bright and bold allowed. Which is ok for me as bright colours terrify me....lol

A quick peek at the insert although I didn't do alot with it as I am struggling to get my mojo back. I will however be back later to add another card as I am determined to craft till I am back into my stride again....lol  so watch this spac. I will be visiting your space to see what happening and catch up on news later today. xxxx Bye

Is this the way to.......

.......Blogland, oh! have I missed my crafting, I thought this Bedroom would never be finished :(     Hold-ups waiting for Robe doors to be delivered etc. meant we were climbing over tools and boxes and furniture just to get into bed for weeks. I am certainly too old for this DIY lark,  but it looks lovely and I am a happy bunny :)
Well had my first crafting session last night but it appears my brain has gone walkabout with my mojo. I couldn't get my colouring right couldn't find any papers to go together...hundreds  of papers to choose from and couldn't find any I was happy with..   Huh! so decided I would start with a none colouring card :o  As my Niece has just lost her MIL I decided that a Thinking of you card was needed and  so my card for the Ribbon Girls Challenge. was a perfect choice of colour for it.
The challenge is Pink Cream and Brown so lovely colours to work with. I did something a bit different as the lady who died loved Pink and requested something pink to be worn at the funeral. She was actually the minister at a church in Northumberland so the bishop came to take the service......wonder if he wore something pink...   :))

 I will be back tonight to catch up with your wonderful creations and hear your news, and I promise to be back tomorrow with another card, first I have to find which box my brain is sleeping in.

Hope You haven't forgotten or deserted me :( I have tried to keep up with a few blogs here and there but hopefully will catch up better now things are sorted.see ya later peeps xxxxx
