It's a Habit!

Good Morning sweet Bloggers,
As today is Thursday and usually the start of a New challenge at Mo's Digital, I thought I would pop by and give you a quick reminder that you still have till Monday to enter. As the challenges are now Bi-weekly it gives you longer to get your creations made :o))
I sat and coloured Roxy last night, but you may need sunglasses on as my card is rather bright....lol  In fact the pictures are not as bright as the real life version.

  It seems a funny light today to take photo's...or do my specs need a wash...lol

The Papers were a mix of Nitwits from LOTV and Back to Basics (spotty) The trim I bought at Harrowgate show from Anna Marie designs, plus the sentiment! I actually coloured a very pale pink one with Fuchsia pink promarker , it seems to have dried a different colour so will need to sort that.
The other embellishments were from stock.

Pretty in pink..

Good Morning everyone,
My youngest daughter had a birthday this past week, so now that its over and she got her card I can show you. I always struggle with cards for her as she is a master at buying cards for us...lol  we have had the funniest cards ever for our Birthdays etc. I haven't a clue where she finds them! but she has a wicked sense of humour.
Anyway I made this for her, it was really pretty in real life and I don't think the camera has done it justice really. She  loved it...and no doubt the pennies inside went down well too....lol

 
I made the flower from Heartfelt Creations stamp, the image is from Papermania which I coloured with Promarkers.  Sentiment inside is a Woodware stamp.

We will have a new challenge on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month, 

they will be posted at 9am EST New York..1pm London time

The challenge will close on the Monday prior to new challenge starting, it will end at 5pm EST. 10pm GMT

We will also be choosing a TOP 3 .....

I chose JoJo the clown this week, he is just adorable and such fun to colour.

I added Corded ribbon from stash, Gems as his buttons..plus a star gem, and three buttons plus a little Candy.

How big is a foot....lol

Hi everyone, just a very quick post to thank everyone for kind wishes regarding my foot, you are a lovely bunch and I luvv's you to bits :o))
today the foot gets bigger and bigger....lol 

 I guess my sandles wouldn't fit now...lol
 Its identical on the inside as it trapped against the door sill. :o((

A bit of allsorts..

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are having a taste of this lovely sunshine :o))
First I want to say sorry if I haven't been to visit you, I am trying now to catch up...it may take a little time, but i am on my way xx
Be warned this is a long..ish post...lol
My friends wedding took place on Saturday and it went beautifully, we had a great day. We did however have one almost disastrous start  to it. I made her Wedding cake as her gift from us, Her being almost 70 too they didn't want gifts but had a donation box for the local hospice. 
Well the day started well..got the cake into the car,(she hadn't seen it and had no idea what she was getting) She had said a single square one would be fine!
I got everything in the car....but my left foot when the  high wind blew the car door shut on it...OUCH!!!!!! We really thought it was broke, but all I wanted was the cake to be delivered 50 miles away. Hubby ran in found different sandals, as instantly it was 3sizes bigger and already going black!!!! Painkillers and a glass of water brought out to the car and off we went...to my hubby's cries of this is stupid you need the hospital...and my cries of Lee needs her cake...lol
Anyway painkillers all day did the trick..obviously not broken but a bit of a mess all the same.
Well now to crafty things...First a card I made and never got posted, It just one for my box.

I think the bright sunshine has made it look pink instead of white. I enjoyed making it as I fancied doing something CAS and just using some spellbinders.
Finally I will give you a peek at the cake I made, quite plain at her request...and I was more than happy as i gave up wedding cakes 9yrs ago and I was certainly rusty...lol
My flowers were not as bad as I expected though, certainly need to get some practice in though as its sadly neglected.

 I hadn't added the bottom board hearts or shoe/string ribbons to boards at this point...

 Lee brings me flowers for making her cake...awww!!!
her new hubby turned as the camera went off...drat

 Thursday has landed on our doorstep yet again...don't these weeks just fly by!!!!

Before we get to the challenge this week..Which is our Last Weekly Challenge. 

Next week we change to a Fortnightly challenge!

I decided to make a baby card this week, I used this cutie called Baby and Bunny...

Not too chuffed with my colouring! Think I was tooo tired and it was too late..1-15am  sheeesh!

Sunny Faces....

My card today is...wait for it!!!! not a Mo's image...lol
I thought I would use these gorgeous sunflowers to make a card for Kathleen Grieve...shhhh!!! She has just had a Big Birthday...tee hee!! (whisper 40) Blimey I can hardly remember it Kathleen. 
 She said the card has arrived so now I can enter it into my challenge..Simon says Wed. challenge..Anything goes/pearls

I coloured with Promarkers, Turquoise metalic Gelly Roll pen which sadly don't show very well, but is quite sparkly.
 I added Glamour dust to the Sunflower centre's  which gave a super frosted look to them...again the camera hasn't caught it very well for some reason.
Added Pearls and cord from my stash, 

 

Kept the insert quite simple, I was quite pleased how it turned out though...Hope you like!
